How far do you travel?
Up to 500 km from Schwerin. The first 30 km are free, then € 0.50/km up to 150 km, € 0.55/km up to 500 km. From 300 km an overnight stay is added (€ 90).
How quickly do I reply?
Within 48 hours with a concrete quote. Faster by WhatsApp or a short call — sometimes 10 minutes of conversation clears more than three mails.
Can I try you out beforehand?
Yes. I offer cupping sessions in Schwerin — you taste both beans and get to know Maximilian personally. Ideal for wedding couples 6+ months before the date.
What do you need from us on-site?
Power outlet 230 V / 16 A (standard Schuko) within 10 m. A level standing area of approx. 2.5 × 2 m. Weather protection we bring ourselves. One contact person on the day (name + mobile shared at least 14 days in advance).
What happens if it rains?
We bring our own pavilion — it protects the bar, the equipment and us. In extreme weather we agree on a plan B beforehand.
How much space does the bar need?
200 × 80 cm standing area for the bar itself. Including working zone: approx. 250 × 200 cm. Plus a back-of-bar area for water tanks and rubbish (1 m deep).
Which drinks are on offer?
Espresso, doppio, cappuccino, flat white, hot chocolate. Both house beans: Costa Rica Robelo (fruity) and Klarheit Espresso (nutty). Oat milk and cow's milk unlimited.
Vegan, gluten-free, allergies?
All drinks are gluten-free. Vegan: oat milk and cow's milk by default. No hidden animal-milk powders. We accommodate specific allergies individually.
What if more is consumed than calculated?
We don't suddenly stop. Extra consumption is recorded by tally and billed: € 3.00 per espresso drink, € 2.50 per filter coffee. Calculation base: 1.5 drinks per guest.
When do you arrive on-site?
Set-up approx. 60–90 min before service. For large events (Large package) up to 2 hours. Dismantling takes 45–60 min after the end. We arrive on time.
Is Maximilian really behind the bar himself?
Yes, at every event. For the Large package a second barista joins. A stand-in is only for absolute emergencies and always agreed with you beforehand.
