The flat rate covers set-up, service, dismantling and cleaning. Drinks within the quota are included — anything beyond is billed separately and transparently.
Reusable or compostable cups, unlimited oat milk & cow's milk, brown cane sugar, cinnamon & cocoa. Set-up, dismantling and cleaning included. The only requirement on-site: power 230 V (16 A).
I'm a competitive athlete myself — the Olympic Games 2028 are the goal. I know the feeling after 120 kilometres in the legs, when the body needs a break and the head deserves a good cup.
That's exactly why I bring the Dörnbacher Bar to cycling events. Whether it's a Gran Fondo, criterium or club race — I bring the complete bar to your event and serve riders, support crew and spectators with specialty coffee that actually tastes good. Freshly ground, freshly brewed, in a sturdy to-go cup — because on the course it has to be practical.
Plus a small selection of bars and gels — for anyone who realises at the start that their jersey pocket isn't quite as full as planned.

For market appearances without a package booking, these single prices apply. Drinks beyond the quota: € 3.00 per espresso drink, € 2.50 per filter coffee.
A deposit secures the date. For last-minute cancellations a clear flat fee applies — so I don't double-book.
30 % of the total amount at booking. Secures the date bindingly. The remainder is due 14 days after the event by bank transfer.
A one-time date change up to 30 days beforehand is free.
