Both beans come from Deliano in Wasserburg am Inn. Single origin, each on its own grinder — never older than four weeks at the time of use.

Full-bodied · Complex

A characterful bean from Costa Rica with unusual depth. On the first sip it surprises with fruity blueberry notes, carried by dark-sweet hints of raisin and date. The finish leaves a warm rum note — full-bodied and complex.

Bean 02 · of two
Espresso
Klarheit.
Balanced · Round

Classic espresso profile with clear balance. The entry is nutty with hazelnut, softly carried by granola. The finish brings a long note of roasted cacao — balanced and round.

Beans arrive with me 3–7 days after roasting. Never older than 4 weeks at the time of use.
